It is so interesting to me when people accuse others who do not make that much money as “choosing the profession they were in and not bettering yourself”…Do you say that to the nurse who takes care of your sick child in the hospital? She/He makes less than $250,000/year. Do you say that to the soldier who is fighting for your freedom? Our military men and women do not even make close to $250,000 a year. What about your child’s teachers, coaches, the CNA at the nursing home that takes care of your sick, aging parents–Do you go up to them and say the same comment you wrote to Poor Joe?
I can’t believe the hypocrisy of the people on this site.
Sarah Palin has a special needs child–who do you think will work with her son? Who do you think is caring for her son while she travels–along with her husband–around the nation?
Nannies, special needs Aids, nurses–None of these people make $250,000. The next time you have to call the police when someone steals a sign from your yard or vandalizes your car–why don’t you say to the officer who is there to protect you, and in some situations give his or her life to save you–why don’t you say to them “I’m sorry you should have chosen a profession to better yourself so that you can make more money.” Is that the same thing you would say to all of the firefighters and policemen who ran into the burning world trade center towers?
…and for all of you people who claim to be Christian, you should really read the bible. What did Christ say was the two greatest commandments? 1. Love God with all your heart, mind and sould and 2. Love your neighbor as yourself. IF you actually practiced those commandments you would not post some of the things here. The bible says out of the heart, the mouth speaks. What you have written is what is really in your hearts. Shame…Shame…Shame–I feel sorry for your children.
I am 16 years old, and I can see that there are a lot of hypocrits here.
The bible belt? More lynchings of blacks than anywhere in the county in the bible belt= Hypocrits. It’s sad. I know first hand about hate because my grandparents spew it all the time but they sit in the front row of church every Sunday and Wednesday singing hymns and praising the Lord here in Indiana. This has nothing to do with Christianity–this has to do with people who are hypocrits and refuse to admit it. What some of you people write here is so sad. The younger generations, we are looking to you for leadership and guidance.

Some of you people do not even read. No where in the story does it say the attacker was a democrat or a supporter of Obama. How dumb is it to just take the title and run with it.
I guess that is why we are the dumbest industrialized nation. So many commments and few people even picked up on the fact that the story never even says anywhere that the guy supports Obama.
