I went ‘John Galt’ about eight years ago. Ever since, I’ve been working to restore the ideals of the Founders of American freedom. If that requires me to tear the present socio-political system up by the roots in order to do so, so be it. As a not-so-simple matter of memetic engineering, my efforts have born fruit. It is astonishing what one man can accomplish …if he doesn’t care who gets the credit. (That’s our present socio-political system’s weakest point. Everyone – and I do mean everyone – wants to take the credit for something they didn’t do, thus stealing from and controlling others…but no one wants to take the responsibility or be held accountable.)
Although I hadn’t read “Atlas Shrugged” until this year, in retrospect, Ayn Rand perfectly explained why I went “John Galt.”
“Anthem” by Ayn Rand, is also well worth your time.
