I can answer where the money comes from, the same place that it always does the military.

Sandy.. Our military spends an equal amount as EVERY MILITARY ON THE PLANET COMBINED. If, like a good Conservative, you don’t believe in imperialistic military endeavors and only want the military to be for true defense (not the 1984-esque Euphemism of “Defense” that we currently use for what is truly Offense) from foreign aggressors of OUR territory , then how can you reconcile our Military expenditures with your Conservative beliefs? If we take a Truly genuine Conservative standing on Foreign Affairs and fiscal issues, that level of Military spending is utterly indefensible.
