Your inference regarding war, peace and slavery is non-sense. Did the Palestinians then become slaves in 1948? NO. They have just adapted to a really bad circumstance, but I wouldn’t call them slaves by any means. I don’t think a newly formed Palestine would risk a reprisal from the US or worst the Israeli military either for Jerusalem or any additional territory. Lets fast forward 50-100 years. Lets say Palestine is fully established and has a vibrant economy. Violence is non-existent. It now trades freely with Israel with same arrangement Canada has with the US. Once again, why risk that scenario, particularly with a military as capable as Israel’s? Bottom line, nothing really changes the way things stand now. At least with a Palestine you have a chance.
