As for ‘America supporting the Israeli’s..’ it is an act of good will or diplomacy amongst our allies. Not something I agree with yet understand.
The whole freakin’ world HAS to ‘support’ the Trans-Jordanians or ‘people that no one in the Arab world wants’ via UN/UNESCO and every other empathy seeking, counterproductive ‘non-profit’ out there.
Heck, Trans-Jordanians receive MORE aid than ANY country on the dark continent!
It’s ‘economy’ and ‘hands out’ approach is worse than post-quake Haiti, Zimbabwe, Congo.. Burkina Faso!

Interesting comment, considering the Trans-Jordanians have not recognized 1 concession, don’t have ANY type of anti-terrorism unit (quite often their ahem, ‘security forces’ collude with terrorists), have NO sense of justice system even when provided with BILLIONS of dollars/aid annually for.. what? Much of that cash goes to FUND terrorism.
Oh well, I’m sure Arafat’s widow living high on the hog in Paris will move back to Gaza or West Bank if it does become a recognized country. Whereas Ms. Arafat will FINALLY put the billions she and Yasser stole, err, ‘earned’ and ‘wanted’ so badly to share with his fellow countryman.. riiight.
