Are you kidding me? Who do you think you convinced with that BS sob story? If you and your husband both work full-time and you still don’t have enough money to buy groceries I would suggest starting to learn to live without things like cable and a cell phone. Possibly sell your SUV? Were you one of those people that helped create our financial mess by being given a loan you couldn’t afford?
My dad died when I was two and mom raised SIX kids BY HERSELF! She had FOUR jobs and ALL of us delivered newspapers twice a day! We NEVER had to be on food stamps or any kind of government assistance! We did however learn to like powdered milk, rice, crackers, and bologna. Take some freaking responsibility for yourself or ask your church for charity. There are food banks out there for a reason!
Whether or not you are a liberal is beside the point, I could care less if you werea dyed-in-the-wool conservative! You can make it work if you really want to, stop try ing to live above your means and you’d be suprised at what you can learn to live without!
