Not to worry, 4 years of Obama-style socialism with his vile little cronies in office should all but guarantee that those centrist swing voters, who are going to give the messiah a chance to live up to his soaring rhetoric this time around, will switch back to voting Republican next time.
The Republicans just need to get their message right and not let the voters get misled by Obama blaming the Bush Administration for every problem that surfaces over the next few years. Lets face it that’ll be the first excuse every time irrespective of the pathetic performance of a Democrat-led congress since 2006.
If the GOP is honest with itself it should admit that it needs a couple of years in opposition to get their own party in order. McCain wasn’t a great choice for party leader – he was just the best of a bad lot. Even if Obama was out of the picture Clinton would have been a shoe-in for the Democrats this year.
