David Matthews should be considered a troll.
I know the type: dumping looooong sections of ideological and irrelevant drivel without ever addressing the subjects at hand or the responses he gets. The more responses he gets, the more unrelated drivel he dumps. The only way to win is to ignore him.
Logic or consistency are obviously not in his repertoir, but let me point out one blatant inconsistency for the benefit of those who have the capacity to observe it: isn’t it obvious that while he preaches tolerance he exhibits deep hatred?
