Oliver Stone’s versions of history are the only versions that many of our (not so) esteemed citizens have ever been exposed to.
We can now add a version of “W” to a version of the JFK assasination, slavery, Vietnam etc.
He’s a compelling filmmaker, but, are they true ? Likely most of the audience hasn’t a clue.
