I hesitate to respond to a troll — and one who seems immune to reason, responding not to arguments but just loosing a new blast of invective (while accusing the interlocutor of doing to same). I am sure that even Mr. Derbyshire would not want such a fool to be on his side. I do resent your threat. Go ahead. Organize your camps. I would imagine that the Islamists have a sharper penalty in mind for you.
