Sad to see the attack forces are out already. A decent citizen asks a politician a hard question and he is vilified by that politician’s worshippers. Joe doesn’t make 250 G’s? So what? His quesiton was about more than just him, it was about middle America.
And let me let you in on a little secret Obamabots–most Americans will defend the wealthy because most Americans hope to one day be wealthy. And enough of them will make it that they’re not crazy to hope it. At least not yet, since the Democrats haven’t had the chance to destroy the American dream just yet.
Joe may not make 250 G’s, but it’s not out of reach for him, nor for most of us. Most of us can imagine being in that position, that’s why Joe’s question and Obama’s answer hit home.
You can’t change reality and no matter what you do to Joe.
