O definitely feels constrained by those stupid other branches of government, the legislature and the judiciary.

And that checks and balances thing ? Ugly.

Some months back, Obama did in fact speak rather wistfully of how efficient the ChiComs are when it comes to getting stuff done (aka effecting an agenda). None of that checks and balances nonsense to put up with.

He wasn’t kidding.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again, he and his cronies find Constitutional constraints and process a real pain in the a$$.
