Jim Rodgers, George Soros old buddy and a financial talking head now, has relocated to China. Said America is done.
Now the old saw, “no one ever won betting against America” at one time was true. But perhaps it should have included the terms responsible, capitalist America.
No one ever said betting against socialist Europe was a loser. I beleive betting against a socialist America (which is what we will be in Jan 2009 if the polls are to be believed) would be a good bet, esp if we dont regain our moorings in elections to come.
Assuming the Messiah allows elections.
