I am at least partially going John Gault. Like a lot of people I took some losses recently to cover earlier gains in the market. I intend to utilize some of that cash to cover expenses as a means of avoiding income taxes. The funds I reinvest will be invested in as tax efficient funds as I can find. My bond allocations will likely be in municipals. Again to reduce taxes. Unfortunately I have not been able to find anyway to shelter my retirement income.
