Remember, the SCOTUS decision on Heller was 5-4. That means there are already 4 justices on SCOTUS that do NOT believe the 2nd Amendment is an individual right. The next liberal SCOTUS Justice could tilt the Court to invalidate our Constitutional rights. “In my view, there simply is no untouchable constitutional right guaranteed by the Second Amendment to keep loaded handguns in the house in crime-ridden urban areas.” – Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer wrote in the Heller dissenting opinion.
