fudroolcup – That sounds about right. But TNR is a corporation (or as lefties always put it, “rich corporation”) with resources, and McGee is a little guy with no job right now. So it doesn’t matter how lame their “cease and desist” letter is: they can afford lawyers to write nasty letters to the other side, and he probably can’t.
