Yeah, Chicago’s a freakin’ mess. Murder rate this summer exceeded Iraq.
This is an amusing argument. I wonder why the murder rate is lower in Iraq. Could it possibly have anything to do with the hundreds of thousands of U.S. soldiers and billions of dollars in military equipment we have over there? Or maybe it’s the hundred thousand contractors. Maybe if we just paid criminals in Chicago to stop murdering, like we pay the militias in Iraq to stop murdering, there would be less violence in Chicago!
