There is a de facto drilling moratorium being imposed by the Dept. of the Interior. Drilling in the Gulf and Anwar should be allowed to return to normal. This will bring back tens of thousands of high paying jobs, reduce energy dependence on foreighn countries and reduce liquid carbon fuel costs.
