“But I can certainly be held responsible for any inappropriate action I take after being so aroused. So I don’t take any inappropriate action. I’m perfectly capable of controlling myself.”

You’re obviously not a Muslim then, Vader.
As far as I can tell, the part of Muslim culture that deals with how women should dress, is based on the notion that a beautiful woman – or perhaps ANY woman at all – is irresistible and men – or at least Muslim men – can NOT control themselves. Therefore, women are required to cover themselves to keep from inflaming men into giving into their sexual impulses. Muslim men find earlobes and hair at least as enticing as Western men find breasts so they insist on those elements of their women being covered whenever they aren’t in the house. And that’s the relatively moderate ones who still allow the women to show their faces. Apparently, the fundamentalist Muslims aren’t able to abide seeing even faces so they insist on burqas.
It seems a very telling aspect of a culture to admit that their men believe they can’t control themselves when they see any part of a woman. In most cultures, men brag about their strength and bravery. In Muslim culture, men cry that they are too weak to control themselves if they see the body part of a female. Their insistence that women cover themselves up is effectively an admission that they are helpless to resist their own urges….
