“Under current laws in most states, a woman is subject to being arrested for being topless in a public area (like a park), while a man is free to be take his shirt off in the same location (no matter how attractive or repulsive the man may be to bystanders).”

My chest is not a sexual thing. I’ve been punched, kicked, bit, kissed, and scratched and it has shown itself over and over to not be sexual in any form.

Female breasts have two “roles” and all are centered around procreation.
Beyond that there is no logical purpose for it.

“Why shouldn’t women also have freedom of choice in the matter? If anything, this will increase the social value of women who exercise modesty, in the same way that classy men have a greater perceived social value than men who are shameless.”

Are you smoking something? This society shames modesty more often than the feminazis shame promiscuity.

Increasing the social value will equal raising the modest from amoebas to slugs.

Beyond that there is no purpose in having that choice. None at all.

“Why not deregulate harmless taboos like this, and let the “invisible hand” sort the gold from the dross?”

Why should we deregulate? What purpose is in it? What harm is being caused with the regulation in place?

“Please tell me, who are all of these people like me, and where do we have such incredible power?”

People like you = those who seek “normalize” public sexuality under the frankly stupid guise of equality.

The feminazis beat you to it.
