Everything I have read says that the Navy released McCains records. Don’t his records belong to the Navy not his campaign? I would be interesting in reading about this. Do you have a source for your claim?

Quite true. *Average fighter pilots* also don’t usually fly over 20 combat missions and receive 17 awards and decorations including Silver and Bronze Stars and The Distinguished Flying Cross among others.
If you want *average*, then by all means don’t vote McCain.
