If the Democrats get even more control over Congress and win the presidency this year, there will almost no new energy production allowed in the US. Pelosi and company are totally in the tank for the envirocrits, and the result for us consumers will be catastrophic over time. The Democrat Governor of Iowa vetoed two new coal plants earlier this year, and she was supposedly on the short list for Obama’s VP. I don’t see how any country can maintain a modern economy if energy is in short supply or very expensive. The smart money will go overseas to places where the leaders are not owned by the wacko tree huggers.
