Someone should remind the British elites and chattering classes that their foreign policy will no longer be joined at our hip. They are part of the E.U. now and have no independent foreign policy or military. Everything of significance comes from Brussels.
The title of Mark Steyn’s book, “America, Alone” says it all. And I would rather we do have a policy that does not have to pass muster in Europe. However, it may be a long time before we can recover that, as B. Obama will be putting our cherished independence on a four year hiatus.
I pray to God that we survive the next four years.
