But this is not quite correct, as the article clearly points out: the qualities of Leftism are universal. A lefty here in the US is much the same as a lefty over there.
A refusal to grow up; an “ends justifies the means” lack of morality; a disdainful elitism; etc etc you know the animal.
This is why it’s so absurd for our own lefties to obsess about how much the rest of the world likes us, (or loathes us). It’s THE LEFT that hates America, whether the American left or the European left or any other left. And just like in America, the British left controls the media, the beauracracies…
There are still some Brits with sense over there. But I’d recommend they pack their bags and cross the pond some time before sharia sets in.
