Not likely to happen; Holder certainly won’t resign and the Republicans really don’t have the guts to use the one tool available, cut DOJ’s budget until he cries “uncle.” We just need to restore a legitimate government in ’12, if we even have an election in ’12, and throw the bums out. See my comment below.
