Hey goodcharacter:
Your comments would have more influence if you didn’t make up words like “insultative.” I’m on your side, I think, if I understand what you’re saying. Please use a dictionary next time.
More importantly, Palin rocked last night. Some people think she didn’t answer questions. Take a look at the transcript. If you think Biden answered questions, you may be right, but his answers were wrong. Is that preferable? Palin’s information was correct (except one mispronunciation of the name of our general in Afghanistan). Biden was just plain wrong on Lebanon, the Constitution, the “Bosniacs,” and a plethora of other “facts” he threw out there hoping no one would check. Well, we know that the MSM won’t check, but I’m interested to see the ads that McCain puts out following this debate and the rash of complete nonsense Biden spewed in his “Washingtonese” style to cover his mumbling, incoherent, misinformaion.
Palin’s answer on climate change and energy independence was nothing short of genius. If we don’t start producing energy within our borders, we’ll continue to pay other countries to pollute this planet to a far greater degree than we would allow at home. Environmentalists cannot influence other countries to adhere to America’s regulations. Wouldn’t it be better to produce our own energy and oil under our regulations and the watchful eye of the EPA and other environmental organizations than continue to send billions of dollars to the middle east and other areas where little or no regulations exist to safeguard our environment?
Biden thinks all he needs to do is speak authoritatively (regardless of how wrong he is every time he opens his mouth) and that’s it. If that’s all the democrats are looking for just to win this election, that’s very sad to me. Very sad.
