Are you aware that the founders did not consider islam before writing the Bill of Rights? A proof is the fact that Jefferson had to read the quran himself to know what kind of evil he was dealing with when at war with the Barbary kingdoms..
The First Amendment was not designed to allow Barbary Pirates the ability to set up beachheads with all the rights and privileges of American Citizens..

In March 1785, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams went to London to negotiate with Tripoli’s envoy, Ambassador Sidi Haji Abdrahaman (or Sidi Haji Abdul Rahman Adja). Jefferson and Adams inquired as to “the ground of the pretensions to make war upon nations who had done them no injury”, to which Jefferson reported the ambassador’s reply:
“It was written in their Koran, that all nations which had not acknowledged the Prophet were sinners, whom it was the right and duty of the faithful to plunder and enslave; and that every mussulman who was slain in this warfare was sure to go to paradise. He said, also, that the man who was the first to board a vessel had one slave over and above his share, and that when they sprang to the deck of an enemy’s ship, every sailor held a dagger in each hand and a third in his mouth; which usually struck such terror into the foe that they cried out for quarter at once.”

islam is not a religion.. it’s an amorphous country of citizens that all read from the exact same books.. The quran is literally their constitution, the hadiths are their federalist papers.. shariah is their divine code of law that demands priority over all muslim citizens of the ummah..

“It just takes its religion more seriously than does modern Christianity.”

correction.. muslims take their country more seriously than do modern Americans.. Thus we have allowed that which would have been anathema to the great Americans who fought the exact same people so long ago.. Yes they are exactly the same.. The books have never changed.. Imagine if the quran was demonized like Mein Kampf.. Imagine if Mein Kampf was allowed to be considered a sacred tome.. Not much difference..

btw.. No other religion calls for the world to be converted by sword, if need be.. The only other faith with a lust for control of the world is the baha’i.. That figures since it’s prophet claimed to be the the islamic second coming of isa.. They seem to be doing a good job helping muslims with their religious belief in ‘unity in diversity’..

Anyways.. ludicrous is believing exactly what your enemy claims as fact..
