Living in central Europe, I can tell you Muslims (at least the one’s wearing traditional hijab) are having lots of children. On nearly every subway and street car, one sees women with head scarves, and two or three (mostly well-behaved) children. In stark contrast, one sees very few Euro-natives with kids.
