Kurtz really didn’t uncover dick, did he? Every politician in Chicago has had to interact with Ayers or his father, who are fixtures in the political firmament. And imagine my shock that an American inner-city school system was pushing “pride” initiatives and community activism in an attempt to motivate students and create an alternative to delinquency and gang identity.
It amazes me this sort of shit threatens anyone. Then again, I forget I’m dealing with corn-fed Americans who probably believe the Federal Highway System is a Socialist conspiracy, and think that Communism is a form of government.
