Um, Joshua… “They’re turned off by Republicans because Republicans are committed to supporting the legislative agenda of religious organizations that actively seeks to criminalize and disenfranchise them.”

That’s crap. I’m REALLY tired of people like you who endlessly believe that every single Republican is exactly the same.

I’m an atheist, pro-choice, anti-abortion Republican who couldn’t care less about what consenting adults do. I’m also pro-gay marriage and equal benefits and legal rights.

There was a time when the Republican party was absolutely NOT interested in this ridiculous legislating of “morals”.

It’s the religious wing that has a stranglehold on the party who MUST be stopped. The “neocons” have to go as well.

MOST Republicans I know want a return to base. Small government, strong defense, lower taxes, etc.

So please send a memo out to all the other closed-minded bigots who refuse to believe the truth that Republicans are quite varied.

Back to the basics for the GOP. Fiscal conservatives and socially MYOB.
