Tommy was a successful governor of Packer Land, and the idea to distribute oil revenues is a good one (one that’s already before the Iraqi Parliament, Tommy), but he strikes me as incredibly naive when it comes to Iraq. Governor? Iraqis voted for a constitution and elected a government: they’re a sovereign nation. Are we now going to dictate their internal arrangements? Would that be acting like the imperialists the Left has been screaming about?
