One of my favorite movies is something called “Barcelona”. It does a good job of summarizing a lot of the nonsense about Americans I hear from Europeans in these posts, particularly Mary.
Oh, and Mary…please note where these gorgeous Spanish girls end up towards the end of the movie!
Oh, and Mary…Please note that the Nazi Germans declared war on the United States after the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor.
Oh, and Mary… my son is a USAF fighter pilot in a squadron that started out as one of the “Eagle Squadrons”
flying for the RAF in the early, dark days of WW2. Go look it up. Those American boys (and they were boys) did not have to go fight for your country, but they did.
