Ed: I saw that too, and of course scrubbed can mean a number of different things. But there is a mass of files and I don’t think it’s too contentious to state that there are legitimate reasons for not releasing social security numbers and other personal data that may inadvertently be in the files. Not scrubbing in this instance would create huge potential legal liability. If they’ve scrubbed more than this sort of info, it will come out.
