Good points Merrill.
the text in matthew goes on to say:
16But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.
17And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.
18Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Can you convince me of the fact that with the information at hand, seeing Mosabs antigonistic stance against “zionistm”…….
Walid wrote in another article:
———–
When Mosab Hasan Yousef became known to us we tried to reach out to him to work together as we were as encouraged and excited as most were concerning his story.
He refused to have anything to do with us. We thought this very strange at the time but said nothing. Shortly after we saw an Arabic news interview which was conducted on the BBC in which he stated “I am not a Zionist.” Not long after one of our supporters met him personally who is obviously very pro Israel and in the meeting he was very rude to her and screamed saying “I am no Zionist.”

Can you convince me of the fact that in a situation where you “point out the fault between the two of you” Mosab would be listening to any accusation? We can argue over the “not reporting suicide bombers” because they would be endangering themselves (because palestinians hate israel so much that they would kill them for “colaborating with the enemy”) and him calling the palestinian leaders “heroes” (in a sarcastic way). But this article starts of with, makes it’s points supported with arguments and ends with one single conclusion: Mosab is anti zionist anti israel.
By what means would you rebuke Mosab? By going thru a hundred history books and showing him the jews have a right to live in that land??? Or would you tell him to read his bible??? Isn’t the harsh anti israel approach self explanatory? And if so… And you agree that it is thus funky to say that walid had to try to speak with Mosab personaly and go on bible expedition over the fault between the two of them.
Can you tell me how to interpret the other directions on what to do when someone doesn’t listen?? Because we’re talking about people whose opinions are publicly broadcasted and eachothers antithesis.
You should take with you 1 or 2 more “zionists”???
I mean obviously if Mosab is traveling the nation speaking in all sorts of churches and universities. He won’t be impressed by another “zionist” or two. If Walids story is true about him yelling “I’m not a zionist” to one of his “supporters” it would seem fair to say that this would lead nowhere. If you could convince me otherwise please repudiate me…
Maybe you should gather an entire “zionist” church and write a petition to come and read our bibles together?? That would count as a witness?? Or as a “zionist” assembly?
Maybe you should gather the entire zionist nation to petition to come and read our bibles together??? Or is it just a “zionist” nation?
I could agree that if no attempt is taken then who is to judge. But i also think that with such an antigonistic stance against “zionism”. There are no real arguments to be found as to how you could convince Mosab that he is in error. So that how i could agree that there is little left then going publicly with the story. And if the godless read about it…. That doesn’t mean it’s their court where “justice” is established.
If you would.. You seem like a wise person. Please repudiate my plea for Walid.
