I would say Europe needs to fight for what they believe, but unfortunately most post-modernists have moved beyond believing in anything. (Believing is judgemental, probably right-wing, and may even be vaguely Christian!)
At this point, the choices are being narrowed down to fighting to survive, or kneeling in submission. Angry editorials will not be an option.
