So picking Palin did achieve two things – energized the base and created momentum.
But…. What exactly makes her an expert on energy?
I don’t recall anything in her CV about managing
energy issues or studiying about them.
If being a governor for 18 months in an oil
rich state makes her an expert by osmosis?
