He only did it in an attempt to make Trump look stupid and like so many of his gambits he has failed. Not to say that Trump doesn’t do a good job of that himself but Obama is much better at making himself look small and petty than Trump is. Not to mention dishonest. It is clear from everything he does that Obama has no honor.
