		<description>The UN is a reflection of the world.  It is a microcosm.  You can&#039;t control it.  It operates on it&#039;s own, of it&#039;s own accord, and there&#039;s nothing anybody can do about it.  Except... 

Grassroots revolt within a country?  Military conquest of a country?  I&#039;d like to see Mugabi replaced.  The Sudan is crazy.  Putin seems on some level reasonable.   China is impossible to understand. Israel just wants to be.  

Actually, why don&#039;t we reduce our payment by 75% and stay.  Does New York lobby for the UN?  Real Estate people?  Restaurant owners?  Madams?

New York must want it.  But then again, they want the New York Times.  So what do they know?</description>

Sadly, the American public just doesn&#039;t pay much attention to this corrupt, kelptocrary and so many in the US government actually encourage this type of behavior.</description>
