Hold free and honest elections, monitored by outside observers. Renouncing the complete & final stepping down of all 38 year old Gadhafi's regime to hand the power to the new elected democratic government peacefully Abolishing bureaucracy, red tape, and bribes. Implementing transparency, responsibility, justice, and real democracy. Compensation to all victims of injustice, oppression, and maltreat under Gadhafi Regime. Free practice of all Religion including Secularism. Abolishing tribalism ruling, terrorism sponsorship and racism among society. Free Practice of all political parties. Initiation the process of demilitarizing and abolishing the army for peace through public survey and democracy. Form an international committee to monitor the proceedings.
