An Alliance of Democracies is the best route to the future. One group would be those European countries which
would appreciate more room, than what they have, under the EU’s current rules, to deal with their balance sheets
being in tatters. Another group would be the successful members of the British Commonwealth. The other group
would be the Asian tigers.
