Fix it? How about end it – as in the whole organization? A Romney or McCain – or even a Rudy or Fred presidency might get the ball rolling in ending US participation in the UN (and perhaps putting in its place, a League of Democracies). A Democratic presidency will do nothing of the sort and will probably throw even more US chips into the UN pot.
