Particularly when those neighbours, for the most part, are living on subsidies from the West, behind UN administered (laugh) lines, according to UN brokered peace (laugh) deals, with UN resolutions in place for the permanent disarming of the populations (laugh), and UN resolutions (laugh) for the interception of smuggled arms.
