We’re all looking for answers to this horrible incident, but what bothers me most about this is that I honestly don’t know if the system failed here. Obviously, this is a horrendous tragedy, but it seems like it would’ve been impossible to foresee this, even in retrospsect. Cho had no criminal record or even a known history of violent behavior, he was seeking help on some level, he was on medication, he purchased weapons legally….. I just don’t know what or whom to blame here.
