I have an organization that runs a medical clinic in a town called Talanga, Honduras just about 1 1/2 hours north east of Tegus. The poor in this country will suffer the most because of the political situation. We are in desperate needs of pharmaceutical medicines and do not need any other hurdles to overcome in helping this town of 23,000 people.
