If so, she( and also most of you) would know that the US Military has a “Contingency Plan” for every country in the world, and each area of the world, that is updated almost daily. As far as blaming Bush 43 for some of the current problems – I guess he is to blame for a lot of it. After 8 years the Bush people are still blaming President Clinton for all the ills of the world.
