Ban was elected with a strong support of the former communist president Noh Mu Hyun. Prior to that, as a minister of foreign affairs he brought no single reform in his inefficient organization. He was obedient, chateristicless and opportunists, definitely not a commander in chief. It’s sad but I am sure he will never fight for a cause but will do his best to keep UN quiet. He would fit best as an assistent of Secretary general….
