Shall we loan Japan several nukes to scare China into action (to be returned after the DPRK is nuke free)? For once the USA could hold something over China’s head to compel them to act in our interests. This may not get rid of Kim Jong “Mentally” Il, but China may at least force him to relinquish his nukes, which in turn might make him weak enough to eventually succumb to intl pressure and quit being so oppressive (Like the Soviet Union was so forced by linkage). Maybe even an overthrow some day??
