Personally, I don't believe Hassan's attack was a terrorist incident any more than I believe that it was a terrorist attack here about 18 years ago in Killeen when George Hennard drove his pickup truck through the Luby's, opened fire on the diners, and killed 23 and wounded 20 more. Or the guy who went into that McDonald's in San Diego and killed all of those people. Sometimes, people just snap. It's a price that we pay for not allowing an undue amount of restrictions on our personal liberties and freedom and one I am willing to pay.
