We’re Losing the Battle Against Islamism

Where is the principled leadership among Jewish and Christian clergy?

One positive outcome to draw from Egypt’s crisis is the public’s elevated awareness about the Muslim Brotherhood. It is now clearer to many that the Brotherhood’s members are exploiting our open societies and political system right here in our own communities.

The media’s role in deflating the Brotherhood’s dangerous agenda is profound. But other segments of our society are equally guilty. And so, to learn how steadily and consistently the West is losing to a totalitarian political doctrine, read this account. On the surface it may seem an insignificant episode, but assuming it is the model for interfaith or “twinning” devotees, it should be illuminating.

On Dec 4th I attended an interfaith event about which I wrote an article on Pajamas Media, “Where Islamism starts, Interfaith Dialogue Stops.

At the event, I wanted to share a quote from a document stating the mission of the Muslim Brotherhood in the U.S: “a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within [...].”

To my dismay, as I was about to read the quote, the host, Rev. Yorty, wouldn’t allow me to do so, stating that he did not want to discuss politics. However, he and his cosponsor guest, Reform Rabbi Harry Rosenfeld, allowed other participants to defame Israel with impunity. For them, criticizing Israel did not seem to fall under the rubric of “discussing politics.”

I left the room, not imagining that within weeks I would face these individuals with such low moral standing yet again.

But on January 29th, two Muslim Brotherhood affiliate organizations — the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) and the Muslim Students Association (MSA) — invited and sponsored Imam Rauf as a keynote speaker at the University of Buffalo. And who do you think participated in the interfaith panel session along with Imam Rauf? You guessed correctly. The same Presbyterian Pastor Thomas Yorty and his cosponsor Rabbi Harry Rosenfeld, who joined Imam Rauf to discuss “how Americans of all faiths can work together for lasting peace.” They both spoke favorably of Imam Rauf and supported the work of MPAC. Overall, the interfaith session was devoid of any theological substance. Instead, the same superficial clichés often repeated during these events were offered yet again with petty statements like “We need to improve our knowledge of other people’s religions.” Of course, during the first event I tried to “improve our knowledge” of the political tenet of Islam, but to no avail. They sabotaged critical thinking and rejected any dissent from their rigid narrow-minded creed.

In the Q&A last session with Imam Rauf, a question was asked about persecution of Christians in the Middle East. Pastor Yorty responded: “Christian persecution is not a topic I know much about.” If the pastor knows nothing about his fellow Christians (hundreds of thousands of murdered Christians in the past three decades), how can he be trusted on interfaith dialogue between Muslims and Christians?

The rabbi’s response to the same question was that Christian persecution in the Middle East is NOT religiously oriented; rather, it’s all political. For example, he stated that Christians who left Beit Lechem did it because of “political fear.” Unfortunately, this stunning response was not followed with any evidence.

Next, a question was asked about the rise of the new anti-Semitism. Rabbi Rosenfeld responded that “lousy economics” has been the reason for the hatred, assuring the mostly Muslim audience of some 150 individuals that anti-Semitism is currently “much less than ever before.” The rabbi also blamed the media for exaggerating anti-Semitism. Surely, the “rabbi” is unaware that his statement is strongly contradicted by the FBI, the CIA, and the U.S. State Department.

The same Rabbi Rosenfeld showed no inhibition in mocking his political opponents. He referred to those who raise the alarm on the supremacist doctrine of Islam as “wacko” and “extremists” and even asked his embracing audience: “don’t you have to laugh at some of these people?” The rabbi’s partner, Pastor Yorty, used the word “haters” to describe opponents of his views.

The first key to winning any ‘battle’ is facing the fact that there is a ‘battle’ at all. The “PC” idiocy in the West turns a blind eye and refuses to ‘believe’ that there is a ‘battle’ at hand at all with the insidious creeping Islam.

How do we ‘fight’ a war nobody is willing to extend their fisticuffs to? How do we even begin to war with an ideology that annihilates the West by its own “multi-culti” petard?

How do we higher human beings deal with lesser human beings without being labeled ‘bigots’ and ‘racists’?

    Morlocks and Eloi, anyone?

    • “How do we higher human beings deal with lesser human beings without being labeled ‘bigots’ and ‘racists’?”

This is one of the all time most hilariously unaware statements of moronic racism and bigotry I have ever seen.

      I have to have a t-shirt.

      • When it comes to the evils of racism, bigotry, xenophobia and supremacism no religion in history beats Mohammed’s Islam-the religion of war and imperial conquest against all unbelievers.

      • Linda Rivera

Would you wear one of these t-shirts? In Sweden, many Muslim youth wear a t-shirt proclaiming: “2030-then we take over”

I believe Delia was referring to Western civilization’s values and ideals. The golden rule. Helping others. Showing kindness.

There is no mercy for non-Muslims in the religion of Islam.

This is just one in a Very Long List of Horrendous Major Muslim Terrorist Attacks in Israel:

March 2, 2002: Ten people were killed and over 50 were injured in a suicide bombing at 7 pm on Saturday evening near a yeshiva in the ultra-Orthodox Beit Yisrael neighborhood in the center of Jerusalem where people had gathered for a bar-mitzva celebration. The terrorist detonated the bomb next to a group of women waiting with their baby carriages for their husbands to leave the nearby synagogue. Six children were among the victims. The Fatah Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade took responsibility for the attack. http://www.adl.org/israel/israel_attacks.asp

        • The irony of them displaying such a slogan on an American style t-shirt is not lost on me nor the baseball hat they may also be wearing.

With their Facebook pages, texting, Twitter, video games, iPods, stereos and much more, these people are already Americans in all but name and brain power.

They are addicted to ephemera they cannot make for themselves in even the smallest regard.

On the other hand, name one thing Islam gives to the West we adore and love and use every day. Islam has already lost this battle and don’t know it.

Two can play at the game of subversion and we are winning that battle. The battle we are losing is immigration because their is ignorance in numbers and that should be shut off but it is not even a speck on the horizon as yet. When it comes to this issue, even the most staunch conservative will not touch it.

Immigration/multiculturalism is the single biggest danger to America. Until we start addressing this issue by asking questions in the media about who it is that is setting immigration quotas that come overwhelmingly from the Third World, we will get nowhere. Who gives our immigration bureaucracy its mandate and what are its goals?

Immigration is the only battleground we should be talking about which is not being discussed in legal terms. As far as I am concerned, our immigration bureaucracy is a shadow organization with shadowy goals and its European counterpart and same political correctness has already done much to wreck Europe’s economy as the entitlements and crime are sucking their treasuries dry out of all proportion to the actual percentage of minorities.

While what much of what you say is true you’re very naive about the battle with Islam and muslims. This battle is nowhere close to peaking. Turning a blind eye as the world right now only strengthens their belief they can overcome. Thinking we can be true allies is also naive. The rest of our allies, as well as Russia and China better wake up and smell the roses before it’s too late. They care only about muslims.

      • Linda Rivera

Jews are targeted first. All other non-Muslims are next. There is a Muslim slogan: First the Saturday people (Jews) then the Sunday people (Christians). It is scrawled in graffiti. In 2009 more than 165,000 Christians will have been killed because of their faith, most of them in Muslim countries.

In a January 1976 article in Commentary, titled “The Return of Islam,” Bernard Lewis wrote, “In the period immediately preceding the outbreak of the Six-Day War in 1967, an ominous phrase was sometimes heard, ‘First the Saturday people, then the Sunday people.’”

Egypt created the PLO. The PLO Charter calls for the destruction of Israel.

The Arab League’s Charter states its goal is to eradicate the Zionist entity.

Hezbollah leader Nasarallah: If they (Jews) all gather in Israel, it will save us the trouble of going after them worldwide. (Daily Star, Oct. 23, 2002)

The planned Second Holocaust extends far beyond Israel. Leaflets were distributed in major British cities which included slogans such as: “The final hour will not come until the Muslims kill the Jews.”

Britain’s response? “police appeared reluctant to prosecute because the calls to fight the Jews were carefully couched in quotes from the Koran.”

Dear Ms. Lipsky, Christian clergy who know the evil of Islam will never attend any type of ecumenical event. While they love their Muslim neighbor, they understand that the two religions are irreconcilable. The very foundation of Christianity is that Jesus Christ is the Messiah, the Son of God, Immanuel. Islam denies this. So, what is there to talk about? Thus, any “Christian” clergy who shows up at an ecumenical event and sides with Islam basically is publicly denying his own faith. And, from your experience alone, you can see that these so-called clergy have no love for their neighbor.

  3. 3. E. Fluvius Maximus

Not to be too cynical here, but most people in the world have less moral fiber than a well-adjusted dog. In Nazi Europe thousands helped millions to the gas chambers, Jews and Christians on both ends.
Fighting rhetoric is good and proper. But buy some powder and keep it dry.

    • Fred Capio

Rosenfeld is a dangerous criminal guilty of unambiguous collusion. Throughout the last 2000 years the Jewish Clergy has never assumed a role of leadership, has never organised resistance or prepared for the next Shoah. There was never a plan to effectively fight back. They have collaborated in many of the hundreds of roundups during WWII, naively believing that this will pacify the German, French, Polish, Ukrainian, Lithuanian … murderers. Their fatalistic passivity has cost the lives of millions of Jews. (the long delayed and finally failed uprising in the Warsaw ghetto is just one pathetic example) Stop this madness expecting anything from the clergy of any religion and do what Fluvius Maximus suggests: buy some powder and keep it dry!

I agree with Delia in regards to the “PC” idiocy. We are reaping what we have sowed over the years, unfortunately. “Where is the principled leadership…? Well, hate crime legislation in Canada, Europe, and who knows where else, and general disdain for all things Christian have served to silence all but the most hardy of commentators. Most Catholics have held their ground when it comes to abortion. Otherwise, I don’t know. Evangelicals have been eviscerated at the slightest inference of Islamic malfeasance. I cite Franklin Graham in recent months. He has been one of the more outspoken public figures, yet is not a leader in the “church” per se.

Steven Coughlin was summarily fired without cause from the Department of Defense following the publishing of his master’s thesis demanding that we call Islamic Jihadists what they really are: terrorists! Now we have “islamic” attorneys in Ohio tracking down the people behind blogs under the guise of disclosure; more likely, so they hand the names to their underground thugs for payback or worse. In Europe, one filmmaker ended up dead with a knife in his chest and a rude message pinned thereto. Recrimination is still going on for publishing cartoons which poke fun at Allah. Here in the U.S., CAIR has tons of cash to sue anyone they think has sullied the name of their god.

No, this is a very serious time and we are under assault in ways that we have never been exposed to before. How we come out of this, if we do, will make us stronger. Leaders will be made, but it may take a while. The cost is just now becoming clear.

  5. EGYPT LIFTS BAN ON IRANIAN WARSHIPS USING SUEZ

Those who think that Anwar Sadat and Hosni Mubarak didn’t intentionally ban Iranian warships from using the Suez Canal for 32 years because it’s forbidden by international law, and that it was Iran’s decision to only use the Canal for its commercial vessels, have forgotten that until the signing of the Camp David Accords all Israeli ships, commercial and military, were illegally* banned by Egypt from the Canal. Egypt has sovereignty over the Canal and will ultimately decide according to its interests what nations will and will not use it. What we are witnessing is a radical and very dangerous shift in policy toward Iran by moderate Arab states-who have lost confidence in US power-first by the Saudis (in allowing Iranian warships to dock at Jeddah) and now by Egypt’s military regime on Iran’s military use of the Suez. The star of radical Islam is rising.

A few battles lost, who cares?

It’s the war we need to win. The Mussulmen won’t know what hit them when the time arrives.

    • Jacobite

All faithful Mohammedans are commanded by the Holy Koran to kill infidels. As infidels, our war is against all faithful followers of the Prophet and against Mohammedanism in every form. It must be scrubbed from the face of the earth forever. We could do this, as with the Albigensians(?) and Tasmanians. If I had to bet, I’d wager that the West is too degenerate to undertake this task, but I can hope I’m wrong. If you want the answer to the old question of why did European Jews go to the concentration camps by the millions and without wide-spread resistance, just look around you today. Evidently they were incapable of choosing to be the killers rather than the killed, which throughout life is our overriding choice.

  7. Imam Rauf is a liar and a fraud. He believes in Shariah law and says one thing here in the United States but tells a whole different story about how life should be when he is overseas, espcially in the Middle East. He is nothing but an apologist for Hamas and Hezbollah and he’s never said anything in the Middle East that has been favorable to either the United States or Israel. He’s playing us for fools and the State Department is buying it. If Rauf is an example of a “moderate” Muslim, I’d hate to see what a jihadist looks like. Oh, that’s right, a Jihadist is like Mohamed Atta and the other 9/11 mass murderers, people to THIS DAY Rauf has NOT condemned overseas in the Middle East. What a fraud he is, and a dangerous one at that. Dangerous because the State Department, and Obama, actually believe what this guy has to say.

  8. 8. RickGreenvilleSC

these same kind of fools were around when Hitler went into Poland and the ghetto in Warsaw was formed. . . .”Everything will bw alright, we can get along”. . . . how did that turn out? Christians and Jews need to wakeup and smell the coffee. . . And why is it always the Presbytarians or Episcopalians that are always pushing for the liberal end of things?

  9. 9. MSriver

    Ms. Lipsky,

Thank you for this account. As you may already have underhand, “Judgment” for Christians, “must first begin at the house of God”, And if that is underhand, then you already know where I am going. Indeed, if that point has passed to witness those whom have been “approved by God”, “confusion” of leadership will do nothing but scatter the vigilant, to emphasize your claim. But I now wonder at your preparation for not knowing the background beforehand of those you were about to confront as “principled leadership” is already aghast for a lack of preserving the sacred Christian tenants by a few choice sects of the Christian religion.

I have said and God willing, always will, the underlying problem facing Christian clergy who do seek preserve such (and there is) is a millennia-long unwillingness and impatience in the BOC. Bolster myself upon the issue far above those I refuse to identify with over their weakness, or looking to Him with Christian arsenal till the night gives way to the morning. We have some serious ground to recover in that regard before mistreatment, confusion and divisiveness gives way to true success.

    Mike

  10. 10. tehag

“Where is the principled leadership among… Christian clergy?”

    1) They are principled. Just not yours.

    2) Gales of riotous laughter. No such thing has existed for decades, not since “God is Dead” was published in Time (or was it Newsweek) in 1960? Maybe decades before, as the intertwining of Communism and clergy (in America) has gone on since at least the 1940s.

  11. 11. Constitutionalist

What we REALLY need are some good old fashioned Elijah prophets who aren’t afraid to both preach and fight. Elijah (Eliyahu if you prefer) ordered 450 false prophets of Baal killed for their lies. Of course such people would be labeled with the usual epithets, but then, that never bothered ol’ Lije and somehow I doubt it would bother any modern version either.

We have the names, it’s time to kick the butt.

  12. 12. RebeccaH

I would suggest that the rabbi and the pastor, rather than “avoiding politics”, are in fact pursuing a political agenda, leftist in origin. It’s quite clear they don’t really represent their respective religions at all.

  13. 13. Thomas_L.....

American communists, oops, socialists apologized for Stalin too. It’s simple really. Rosenberg and Yorty are muslims. Taqqiya at its best.

  14. 14. proreason

Sorry, Islam is dying. The religion has two choices: adapt to the modern world or go the way of Zoroasterism. Sure, it’s going to cause a lot of problems before it expires, perhaps cataclysmic problems, but there is no way it will survive another century.

The only reason it is able to be the pain in the butt that it is today is because of a half-century alliance with marxism, which is by FAR the greater threat to humanity. Were it not for marxism, and its full-time campaign of lies and deceptions, Islam would already be controlled by the West, or China, or India. Heck, if China becomes as dominant as people think it will be, that alone will spell the end of Islam. They aren’t fools, and they won’t put up with it. The same is probably true for India.

The only way Islam can survive, and its an extremely remote possiblity, is if the west commits cultural suicide, and somehow Islam is able to absorb and control the west’s technical prowess. But even in Europe, the signs of an awakening against insanity are becoming obvious. Steyn, of course, argues that demographics have already won. Well, that assumes that Europe gives up and lets demographics prevail. NOT. He provides a valuable wake-up call, but what his predictions assume, again, a civilization (only two generations removed from world-destroying aggression) that goes culturally insane. Not gonna happen.

    • Jacobite

Mohammedanism is no more threatened by modern civilization than the Germanic tribes were doomed unless they adapted to Roman civilization. Rather than being an extremely remote possibility, I’d say Western suicide is in progress right now. I recall reading a book titled “The Suicide of the West” 30 years ago. And “The Camp of the Saints” by Jean Raspail is also 30+ years old. Actually, we are much worse off than the 4-5th Century AD Romans, as I can’t recall any stories of large numbers of Romans actively joining forces with the barbarians.

      • proreason

They can’t keep the machines running, nor the weapons systems. It is an uncorrectable problem, because culturally, they have eschewed technology or even curiosity about technology for centuries. It’s a gap that cannot be overcome in a few generations. The oil wells would be idle in a few months. The buses would stop running. There is no hope for them if any other culture simply chooses to opposed them, and many will.

The comparison to Roman era barbatians doesn’t apply in any way. Barbarians easily adapted Roman technology….yet even they fell into a dark age without the Romans.

And Rome was corrupt to the core. Parts of the West may be the same, but not China, not India, and there are so many powerful civilizations in the west (compared to feeble Islam), that many will contend with Islam when pushed to the wall, as Europe is now beginning to do.

Ferocity and hatred is a hopeless defense when an opponent chooses laser-guided weapons.

        • EscapeVelocity

The religion has two choices: adapt to the modern world or go the way of Zoroasterism. — proreason

Funny, its the Musselmen who snuffed out Zorastrianism.

Its us that have 2 choices. Defeat Islam or go the way of Zorasterians.

        • Larry in the Silicon (Wadi)

There is a great deal of truth in this line of argument, and evidence to back it up. It is a reservoir for optimism that is not often plumbed.

      • EV

Actually, just like today, the barbarians were granted citizenship as they immigrated into Roman lands.

  15. 15. Kipling

Although I agree with you basic premise, you should not equate Rev. Yorty with Christian leadership. He is simply a tool for the Islamist and is wheeled out whenever they need a patsy who calls himself a Christian. My guess is that Yorty is incapabe of an intelligent discussion and no little to nothing about his own faith, western civilization, or even Islam.

Now to the larger issue: We do need a coherent Christian response to Islam and to the decline of western civilization in general. The problem is that most churches – but by no means all – have stopped teaching the Bible. The Bible is what gives the Christian his identity and defines his worldview. Without the Bible and a knowledge of the Bible, the Christian is simply wondering in the dark relying upon his own spiritual spider-sense, which is often wrong. The first Christan response to Islam is to get back to the basics and learn your Bible. Then we can throw out apostates like Yorty and get down to business with the Islamists.

  16. 16. Seva

On the Westminster Presbyterian website Yorty says:I believe that the church is called to embrace all of God’s children into full membership and participation in its life and work, equip the people of God to serve and care and lead, be a light to the world of God’s love especially where there is darkness and injustice.

Clearly Yorty has not equipped himself to care. By his lack of knowledge of persecution of Christians it is apparent that he has no intention of entering into that darkness to fight injustice. Certainly not for Christians in the middle east (or perhaps anywhere) who in his eyes it seems are not worthy of that embrace he mentions.

@ Kipling: Such attitudes among Church leadership and congregations are not uncommon. The Presbyterian Church has been holding to a policy of supporting Palestine over Israel. So while Yorty may be a tool for islamists, he is not alone.

    • Unfortunately, you are right. Yorty is not alone.

Nonetheless, good leadership exists out there. Our church has had several speakers about Islam and the danger posed by Islamist.

  17. 17. Mo

I was not aware of this event. But it does not surprise me. Not so long ago I assumed my fellow Christians were on our side – the side of freedom. After all, here was a religion that not only denies everything we believe on the theological level, but a religion that brings nothing but oppression and violence everywhere it is practiced. (Not only to non-Muslims, but to Muslims themselves.)

The folks I know do not go as far as being anti-Semitic or belittling the persecution being endured by their fellow Christians. But I have been shocked to see how little they care about the issue of Islam at all, and how willing they are to play down what is going on in our world today by ignoring and denying Islam’s teachings and simply burying their heads in the sand. Some even go so far as to claim we have some sort of “unity”.

There’s no unit to be had with those who follow an ideology that teaches you should be converted, subjugated or killed.

It’s been so shocking and disappointing to learn this. I was naive. I thought we only had to educate those outside Christianity. Those within it are even more ignorant – and willfully so, since they should know better.

The silver lining to your article here is the fact that Allen West was there and spoke the truth! He is well educated on Islam and is fearless in speaking out! I do hope he runs for president in 2012. I think he is the real deal.

There are lots of phony Christian (most especially Christian), and Jewish clergy. Secretly rejecting G-D, their profession gives them the unique opportunity to accomplish maximum harm.

We are losing because Western leaders DO NOT want to win the global jihad waged against us.

Any country that takes in Muslim immigrants does so at their great peril. Muslim culture and belief systems are radically opposite from the values and ideals of Western civilization. And the goal of Muslim immigrants to our countries is CONQUEST.

WorldNetDaily: …answering the desires expressed by Muslims in Somalia and bringing thousands into the United States.

The result? Violence and social conflict is on the rise where large groups have settled in Minneapolis; Seattle; Nashville; Shelbyville, Tenn.; Garden City, Kan.; Emporia, Kan.; St. Louis and Greeley, Colo.

In Somalia, Muslims periodically behead Christians simply for being Christian.

‘President Obama has issued a determination letter to Congress that will permit an additional 80,000 refugees to come to the U.S. – mostly from Muslim countries. According to Obama, the importation of Somalis and other refugees into the U.S. is “justified by humanitarian concerns or is otherwise in the national interest.”
    http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=263813

By importing Muslims, the Obama administration is well aware of the suffering and violence that will be perpetrated against peaceful, law-abiding Americans. This is no longer a government of the people, by the people and for the people.

  20. 20. Linda Rivera

European and UK governments are fully aware of the many no-go Muslim areas in their countries. Areas too dangerous for non-Muslims to enter. In some areas, ambulances require police car escorts; the hate for non-Muslims is so fierce. The alarming and immoral response of the European/UK governments is to continue importing Muslims and persecuting and prosecuting the courageous Europeans and Brits who speak out.

Dutch Reporter: Immigrants Seeking Asylum in Europe Linked to Security Problems, Intimidation of Christians, Jews

    by IPT News • Dec 9, 2010

In Holland, Christian asylum seekers have been subjected to intimidation, even violent attacks by other Muslim asylum seekers. One Iraqi Christian woman was forced into hiding after several Muslims attacked her and threw her from her bike. Another Christian asylum seeker was thrown down a flight of stairs. In another case, a Muslim couple which converted to Christianity was threatened and intimidated by Muslims inside an asylum center.

In fact, a survey taken of 28 of the 59 asylum centers in Holland showed that about one third of Christian asylum seekers are the victims of physical violence. 75% of those surveyed said that they knew asylum seekers who have been subjected to discrimination because they are Christian or formerly Muslim.

Jews have also been the victims of persecution by these immigrants to Europe.

Surprise, surprise. The dear Rabbi Harry Rosenfeld is one of the signers of the recent infamous ‘Open Letter’ to Rupert Mudoch criticizing Glenn Beck and Fox News. These folks are amoung the leftest of the left, and in no way represent the views of the majority of Jews in America (or Canada). They deserve only scorn and ridicule. For an insightful look at this group of deluded Rabbis, see the following article by noted Canadian poet and essayist David Solway:

Where are the new leaders? Simple: They tuned you out years ago. They’re sick of listening to a clique of elderly American Jews who have never experienced persecution in their lives shriek, decade after decade, that Israel is always the innocent victim, always in the right, while they watch video of IDF bombs and shells vaporize apartment blocks.
The disconnect between rhetoric and image simply became too intense. The only American Jews under 50 I know who retain the old emotional attachment to Israel are those who have failed as individuals. Like failures in every ethnic group, they cling all the tighter to a group identity which is all they have.

    • I agree with the general thrust of your comments but it is fool hardy to poke a bee hive with a stick and then complain of disproportion when you are stung one hundred times rather than once.

The Gazans would be well advised to not shoot inaccurate rockets into Israel whose intent is nonetheless a murderous one. An accurate response that levels buildings is not the fault of the bees because of their superior numbers. With this type of intent, it is obvious that were 100 people poking at the hive with sticks that the hive would be destroyed.

The disconnect in this sense is between the mutual intent and who is firing shells at who in the first place should be noted and I wouldn’t be standing around waiting til the rockets became more accurate but would bomb the hell out of them which is what happened.

Norm Finkelstein calls the invasion of Gaza a “massacre”. I call it a just response as success in accuracy or war does not equal immorality. Rather, it is intent that is the moral issue. If someone shoots a gun a me which misfires and I pull out mine and kill him dead, then that’s just too bad. It is not a disproportionate response nor a massacre.

The Palestinian Arabs have no respect for reality and it is no surprise that reality treats them so harshly. Robert E. Lee saw the writing on the wall and still, the last Federal Troops didn’t leave the South for over a decade. Had Lee been Yassir Arafat and the South the Palestinian Arabs, they might still be there.

Why does the widespread blindness to the threat of Islam exist? The attack on Pearl Harbor that killed some 1500 American serviceman and likely many citizens of Hawaii, not part of the U.S. at the time, and sunk the bulk of our fleet of warships anchored or berthed in the harbor there, galvanized the Nation. Roosevelt’s famous “Day of Infamy” speech and declaration of war was met with a surge in patriotism and a determination to make these “bastards” pay for their dastardly sneak attack. America went to war, officially.

Of course, at the time, America, though not having declared it, was already involved in the war in Europe shipping supplies to our allies there on the famous “Liberty ships” that were being produced in American shipyards at a rate faster than the Nazi submarines could sink them and sink them they did, in the North Atlantic, by the hundreds.

Contrast that with what one would expect to be viewed as an even more horrific attack, this time on American soil on a civilian target, the Pentagon and United Airlines flight 93 that killed about 3000 men, women, children, firefighters, police and emergency responders. Those of us who sat and watched the horror unfold on television, people jumping to their deaths rather than suffer the torture of the all consuming fires and then watching each of these enormous buildings collapse in a pile of rubble, knowing that there were many still inside, had these images imprinted on their brains. As these events unfolded the story of the 19 hijackers filtered out. They were Muslims, “radical” Islamists, disgruntled “victims” of ignorance and the extreme poverty from the impoverished wastelands of the Middle East or at least that was the preconceived notion of the so called intelligentsia that they attempted, quite successfully, to imprint on the American public’s consciousness.

It was this that started many down the path to awareness that Rachel and those distressingly few who had the benefit of being electronically or physically immersed in this ongoing saga, stayed on. Al Queda soon became the focus, a “radical fringe group” of Muslims operating in the barren hills and mountains of Afghanistan, an enemy that was accepted by most as a small elusive force that America would deal with in due time. No “War” here.

From that beginning we were not easily deterred by the media and the Governments ill conceived determination to misdirect the focus of the fury away from the Muslim community at large, from George W. Bush on down, a determination that has grown and persists to this day and will likely continue until the next catastrophic attack and perhaps beyond if there is a “beyond.”

The seeds of the Muslim vines planted in the West in the late twenties, early thirties run deep and the vines spread wide. The media, the entertainment industry, Academia and Government, at all levels. This infiltration resulted in the inculcated notion that Islam is a religion and “a Religion of Peace” so successfully that to suggest otherwise is met with disbelief and accusations of religious bigotry that have increasingly morphed into a complete disregard, dismissal and denigration of anyone daring to suggest that Islam represents a global threat. A new mental disease was invented and called “Islamophobia.”

This mindset is proving increasingly difficult to deal with coming to the point of a cult like insulation from all factual evidence to the contrary; an inability to even consider much less accept what is an alien notion; that it is in any way possible for a religion to be innately evil. But, to those scholars who have devoted themselves to the study of Islam, the Qur’an and the Middle East, those who have become outspoken critics, those who have been vilified and murdered as a result, those who’ve been able to escape and live to tell about it and those of us who’ve been paying attention, reading, listening and watching as events unfold, we are aware of this evil portrayed as a “religion of peace” but, in reality, an intolerant, misogynistic, brutal, barbaric system of theocratic governance with a 1500 year history of attempts to achieve the goal established in the Qur’an, their holiest book, ostensibly the command given to Mohammad as dictated, word for word by an apostle sent by Allah to make Islam the dominant “religion” throughout the world. This is mainstream Islam not the view of a “radical fringe.”

Apparently the Rabbi and Pastor are completely unaware but they’re far from being alone. Hopefully it will not take another domestic disaster, possibly far worse than 9/11, to turn the tide before it is too late. Like Hitler’s pre war pronouncements of his intentions Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has pronounced his. No one paid any attention to Hitler. A lesson learned or will history repeat itself?

Get The Investigative Project on Terrorism’s 3 part series on MPAC. The cover page for each of the three parts tells enough of MPAC’s story. Go on web site of Rosenfled and Yorty’s congregations. You will find out who the top people at their congregations are. Mail the information and with a one page letter recapping the three pages you are including, and write that it only makes sense that Rosenfeld and Yorty disassociate from MPAC or give up their respective ongregational positions.

Rosenfeld is from Buffalo. There just be a Buffalo Jewish communal paper Send letter there too. Repeat with Yorty’s home town, there must be a Christian paper wherever he lives.

Most likes none of their respective congregants will read your work here. Wnat to really make a difference. Bring your information home. If you use Steven emerson’s research (The Investigative Project on Terrorism) you will NEVER be accused of passing on incorrect information.

    Muslim Brotherhood Fact Sheet

The Muslim Brotherhood logo fits its motto:

“Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. The Qur’an is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope. Allahu akbar!” [i]

    · The Brotherhood’s goal is to turn the world into an Islamist empire. The Muslim Brotherhood, founded in Egypt in 1928, is a revolutionary fundamentalist movement to restore the caliphate and strict shariah (Islamist) law in Muslim lands and, ultimately, the world. Today, it has chapters in 80 countries.

“It is in the nature of Islam to dominate, not to be dominated, to impose its law on all nations and to extend its power to the entire planet.” -Muslim Brotherhood founder Hassan al-Banna[ii]

    · The Brotherhood wants America to fall. It tells followers to be “patient” because America “is heading towards its demise.” The U.S. is an infidel that “does not champion moral and human values and cannot lead humanity.”-Muslim Brotherhood Supreme Guide Muhammed Badi, Sept. 2010[iii]

Warning is mercy—if it is heeded

(FinalCall.com) – Dictionary definitions for “warn” offer some interesting interpretations of the word, including to give notice, advice, or intimation to (a person, group, etc.) of danger, impending evil, possible harm, or anything else unfavorable; to urge or advise to be careful; caution; to admonish or exhort, as to action or conduct; to notify, advise, or inform; to give notice to (a person, group, etc.) to go, keep at a distance, etc.; to give authoritative or formal notice to (someone); order; summon.

    FCN EDITORIAL

A warner can be a very important person and one who can save lives, helping one to avoid pitfalls of the past, assisting someone with understanding the importance of doing a particular thing at a particular time to get a particular positive result.

    A warner.

What happens however when a divine warner is raised from among a fallen people or an oppressed people? In the history of Moses and the history of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, Almighty God raised men who unite their people and are used by God to put them on the path to greatness and nationhood based on obedience to God and the promise of God.

With Moses, God not only raises one nation but he also abases another more powerful and disobedient ruler of a great nation. Moses goes to Pharaoh at the direction of Jehovah and asks for the children of Israel to be set free. Pharaoh agrees, then his heart hardens and he pursues the children of Israel to his own detriment and eventual death.

    Moses was a divine warner.

Just as God chose men for divine work in the past and made these men His messengers and servants, Black America has not been left out, rejected or forgotten by God. We have been blessed with a divine warner, and much more than that, in the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad and his minister and top student, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan.

How can we tell? You can tell a tree by the fruit it bears and you can tell a man by his works. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad, the patriarch of the Nation of Islam, worked for 40 years among the so-called American Negroes (yes, Negro, taken from the Latin root “necro” or dead) and was a faithful warner and guide to a mentally dead people. His basic admonition that the Black man must do something for himself or suffer the consequences is more poignant now than in the 1930s, 1940s, 1950s, 1960s and 1970s.

Black America has come through the civil rights movement and in 2011, it should be clear as Messenger Muhammad warned, integration was a hypocritical trick.

Instead of true equality and acceptance in American society as equals, Blacks have lost institutions, land, family and community cohesion, businesses and what could have been a foundation for self-determination. Our generally understood need for some kind of autonomy has been lost and replaced by acceptance of a “benign” bondage, where actions are not controlled by physical chains, but by mental chains, economic dependency, and a sick desire to be accepted by the children of our former slave masters at any price.

As many applauded civil rights victories in the courts and legislation “ensuring” rights protections, Mr. Muhammad warned a man who gives you a law today can take it away tomorrow. Such profound wisdom dispensed to a foolish people in language plain enough for a fool to understand was discounted. But affirmative action laws and minority contracting are dead. Both were killed as a result of a 1980s Supreme Court decision in the Alan Bakke case, where a Jewish man, backed by Jewish organizations, claimed that he was a victim of “reverse discrimination” and deprived of his constitutional rights because of so-called remedies aimed at helping so-called minority students.

It was Elijah Muhammad who warned in America’s boom times that a day would come when the factories would be closed and there would be no jobs for millions of White Americans, let alone the children of her once slaves. Today hundreds of thousands of jobs are lost annually, the U.S. manufacturing base is just about non-existent and White fears for the future have driven the country to the brink of insanity. Black unemployment is officially as high as 30 percent to 40 percent in some cities and youth unemployment is even higher. Despite getting nearly $1 trillion out of the U.S. economy every hear, Black America remains in a pitiful position, still begging for crumbs that fall from the rich man’s table.

Elijah Muhammad warned that America would lose her military might and friendship and her power would continue to fade after the Vietnam War. Today the U.S. remains embroiled in wars in Iraq and Afghanistan that have cost billions of dollars, thousands of lives and remain a headache for a president looking to extricate the country from the bloody conflicts.

When it came to America’s future and God’s judgment against this country, a judgment that reflects divine decrees sent against wicked and rebellious nations in the past, Elijah Muhammad warned America was number one on God’s list to be destroyed because of her cruel mistreatment and murder of Black people. He warned that God would use rain, hail, snow and earthquakes to rock the country, damage property and lives and punish a hard-hearted and stiff-necked people.

From the East Coast to the Midwest, snow and ice and cold have hampered and crippled cities for days at a time. The severe weather, which Mr. Muhammad warned was God’s weapon of choice, has cost millions of dollars in lost time, productivity, business and cost lives. The harsh weather has been relentless over the past year and record breaking or near record breaking snow fall, ice and cold have been the hallmark of this winter.

“Most of us, as Black people in America, have not understood the Hon. Elijah Muhammad, nor have we understood his value to get us through what’s about to come down on America,” said Min. Farrakhan in “The Divine Destruction of America: Can She Avert It?” a message first delivered in 1996, but still timely and pregnant with meaning.

“Either Elijah Muhammad is a man from God or he is not. If he is not, then you can dismiss me and what I have to say. But I don’t think you can dismiss me; and if you cannot dismiss the student, then you certainly cannot dismiss the teacher,” Min. Farrakhan said.

Warning, if heeded, is mercy. It provides an opportunity to get the wrong things right and to make the crooked things straight. But rejecting warning hastens the impact of consequences to be suffered as a result of rebellion, how much more rejection can America handle?
