PJMedia is announcing a new initiative for election day 2010 — “VOTER FRAUD WATCH.”   This initiative is to be carried forth on Pajamas Media and PJTV.

As almost everyone would agree, in a democracy the integrity of the vote is paramount.  If significant fraud or intimidation occurs at our polling places during an election, our democratic system of government is in peril.

PJMedia has been at the forefront of this struggle for integrity of the vote, most recently via its coverage of the Department of Justice/New Black Panther  controversy. This coverage was led by DOJ whistle blower and former attorney in the department’s voter rights division, J. Christian Adams.  Mr. Adams has agreed to lend his legal expertise to “Voter Fraud Watch.”

This video is a brief, low-tech look at what you’ll need to be a part of our Voter Fraud Watch program.  It doesn’t take much — almost any digital camera will do.

And since the Left controls both the White House AND the inJustice Department, none of what you capture will be prosecuted other than YOU for having violated some obscure law that nobody ever knew existed. Oh, and expect to be audited by the IRS as a result.

Mahdi – You got it! The stench is overwhelming. Be sure to thank your fine friends in “Law Enforcement” for the OUTSTANDING job they have done!

    • There are election officials that party heads can appoint at each precinct and also roving officials as well. Most funny business happens where there’s nobody there from your party to witness and stop it. If you’re worried about repercussions, get credentials. To a certain extent they will protect you.

If you’re reading this and have a possible pipeline to the person granting credentials, perhaps you can talk to Mr. Preston about getting some more eyes on the ballots. I know that I have (for Lake County, Indiana).

For people to be able to get away with this stuff a long list of institutions have to be in on the crime even ignoring the federal angle. They include:
the county board of elections (they handle most complaints)
the local judiciary (both parties have judges on tap for signing injunctions)
the bar association (if judges and lawyers are unethically ignoring evidence of election fraud, they can act)
the state election machinery (they can intervene if something’s rotten at the local election board level)
the state attorney general (he can prosecute all election fraud)
all relevant inspector generals (whatever department is falling down on the job probably has an IG)

  2. I urge my conservative brothers and sisters in Los Angeles especially to take part in this. Looking forward to see what the ‘army of Davids’ PJMers come up with!

    Mahdi:

If the GOP takes over the House, there WILL be an investigative body which will make use of any material we get. The Dems are fast acquiring a label: the Party of Vote Fraud, Corruption, and Radicalism; in other words, the Party of ACORN.

Great post, but it’s also important to MONITOR the ballot counters, or be a ballot counter.

It might also be useful to watch out for vans and buses pulling up to polling places and disgorging “voters” who were picked up from homeless shelters or are wearing purple SEIU T-shirts. It would be interesting to tail them from polling station to polling station, where they will again vote in the name of another corpse/illegal/bovine, but that might be very dangerous if they spot you. There was first hand testimony to just such vote fraud in New Orleans several years back (by democrats, coincidentally), but it was ignored by the media.

But I still say that fraud in the actual election day voting will be very small, given all the publicity it has been getting the past couple years. I agree with Cornell, that much more will be in how the ballots are counted, tallied, totalled and the summaries transmitted and compiled. IIRC, in MN, there were a couple “accidental” math errors in the totals that all coincidentally were in Franken’s favor.

Here are some other possibilities to watch for:
    - vote counts greater than the number of registrations in any given precinct (which will all, coincidentally again, favor democrats.)
    - votes cast by the dead, felons, illegals, people who have moved out of the district, people voting twice (like college students and those with homes in two states), especially in mail in and absentee voting
    - votes by individuals who registered with the addresses of vacant lots, office buildings, homeless shelters
    - disenfranchisement of military votes, which, also coincidentally, tend to vote against democrats
    - and etc, etc, ad infinitum, ad nauseum

These must be rooted out after the election, often laboriously by comparing voter rolls to registration lists, but if these are available as databases in electronic format, they can easily be data mined, as I described in the first of this series.

Does anyone recall the pajamas post a while back about the group in Texas that did such an investigation? I would like to contact them for methods and tips.

Glad to see this. We All need to take our cameras with us to the poll’s and also to any rallys or events in our towns. Get it on Vidio, and its game over.

  7. 7. YES BUT

I am a poll worker. A couple of years ago we had some dude taking pictures of the tape in our optical scanner because of some TV show he saw. He was wearing an Air America tee shirt. The Board of Elections had him escorted out. They don’t take kindly to disruptive or possibly intimidating behavior while people vote. Would you be comfortable with someone recording you on a cellphone ?

Might I suggest that you get a job as an observer? They must have one of each party, at least in Ohio. .Also, in Ohio we must have an equal number of Reps and Dems working at each precinct. I suppose that it would be possible for someone to say they are a Rep when really they are a Dem. But workers are recruited by party people and it goes by your party registration.

I think most fraud happens before and after an election (registration) and vote counting(Al Franken).
The key is your official vote counter they decide what votes count. In most states it is the Secretary of State. In Minnesota the counter allowed ballots counted that someone “forgot” were in their car, I can tell you that is impossible.

There is also before the election. Those people in Texas who investigated the illegal registration of people had the right idea. This is the most important task. The other thing I have heard is about fake IDs. I would have no way of knowing if someone used a fake photo ID. Don’t know what to do about that.
